Tetris Can Wipe Out Your Traumas, Study Says

·

Psychologists from Oxford University claims that playing the popular classic game 'Tetris' shortly after a traumatic experience helps wipe out bad memories and reduce distressing feedbacks. The logic, according to Dr Holmes and her team, is that the computer game helps block the brain from storing painful memories as long as it is played immediately after the event. Maybe I should include Tetris in my emergency kit from now on. [via]

I love playing tetris, especially when I was a kid. But I didn't know that there's a good effect on it. Thanks for another knowledge that I got from your site. =)
